This is the first time i've read this quote and realizing that I'm collaborating all the time with others. Others are helping me to reach my goal and be my best, since my goal is chosen by myself.

Unlike the idea of making winning absolute, this quote suggests that goals are independent of others, but others help as your "cheerleaders", not adversaries.

Getting to this point has been the real challenge, since it's been hard to judge myself.

My mind's capacity was so altered by a musical meditation this week, that it makes me wonder if that ingredient of music could help me regularly feel better. By changing my focus to poetic lyrics and feeling my body resonate with like-minded people in a positive environment, it showed me how my change of attitude towards something life - giving, instead of worry, could alter my life for that evening
