Thanks everyone for the kind words and support! I am super proud of myself for what I have accomplished more recently.
I am now working on an exposure plan and will report back to you once I make some progress on it.

Sim,

This is a big one and a nice long walk in the crowd too.  I am glad to hear you say you are very proud of yourself.  Congratulations! on making it through another exposure therapy.  I too am very proud of myself after doing exposure therapy.  It is very liberating.  It really does feel great being able to do what you want to do doesn't it?

Today I went for a nice long walk in a crowded part of my city. Usually I never go to this part of town because I can't handle it (too many people, weird smells), but there was something I wanted to get and I was able to get out there and get what I needed (i've been working on my exposure therapy). So I am very proud of myself for doing this.

Sounds like a great day  :)

I read a lot too and got a couple books at walmart Wednesday night. It keeps my mind busy. I mostly read Danielle Steel, Robyn Carr, Debbie Macomber kind of books. Takes me away from reality for awhile I guess.

Yesterday was a good day.
I went to the local pool and got in some exercise and it felt good. On the way
home we stopped and had dinner in a crowded restaurant and we also stopped
at Barnes & Noble book store on the way home and I got a few inspirational reads.
None of this things cause me any anxiety or panic at all now. I was really quite comfortable.
I can honestly say that I am pretty much cured now. I will have to work on few things and new
situations/exposures as they come up just like all people do. This is to be expected in life.  I am feeling
Really Good and very happy to be well.
