Today
 
1.  I rode my stationary bike for 30 minutes this morning.
 
2. I am learning the difference between being sympathy and empathy.
 
3. I am going to take a long hot shower today and spent the rest of the day giving myself a little self care.

Today
 
1. I got up the nerve to go outside and I managed to walk 10 minutes.
felt so good afterwards even though i was anxious at the end of the walk
and my legs were tired.
2. watched a favorite tv show without being edgy, anxious
3. focused on positive thoughts all day

Todays 3
 
Today I went on line looking for quilting classes and videos.  My class is ending in 2 wks and I am looking for something to replace it with other wise I am afraid I will back step and loose ground in my treatment for my anxiety/agoraphobia. 
Today I posted about my new hobby under Mod.s corner weekend prep.
Today I tried to help someone by telling my story.
Tonight I cooked a nice dinner.
I am really tired now so I am going to rest and watch some tv for a while and go to bed early.

That is great that you are looking forward to something that could have triggered your anxiety in the past.  Doesn't that feel 'freeing'!  Not only are you just handling your class, but you are actually excited about it!

I got all my spring cleaning done and am feeling really good about it.

 I am looking forward to going to my quilt class and have no anxiety about it anymore.

Yesterday,
I went for a ride in the local mountains.
We took refuse in these mountain and replenished our souls
We did some hiking and took in a the beauty that god has created for us to see.
It was a day a of healing and rejoicing. 
This was beautiful day.

Thanks for explaining that clearly and with just enough detail. I am glad that you are able to use this when you are experiencing panic. The positive self-talk is a really great tool as well. There are also some really great reference tools and tips in the program such as: Box breathing, Progressive Muscle Relaxation...etc Check them out!

Enjoy your walk and healthy breakfast! It sounds like you are excited about your craft room, that will be nice to have a designated spot for you to do what you love! You are so worth it, always remember that!
