cadenmccallum,   Have you spoken to the school counselor about your feelings about school?   Try cutting back on the chocolate and seeing if your symptoms subside. Also, be sure to get plenty of rest and drink a lot of water.   Come let us know how you're doing.     Sylvie, Bilingual Health Educator

Hi Ya DM:

Thanks I needed to hear that.

There are so many phases to this disorder you just never know!

Hi CM

I've felt like that many times... during anxiety phases and not... I get so edgy and jumpy that I just can't sit still or even focus on the task at hand..  Sometimes I attribute it to caffeine (ie.chocolate), the moon (weird but true) and lack of sleep.  Everyone gets like that... it's normal.. Even my hubby the most mellow easy going guy feels like that at times...

Nights like that I make a cup of tea / decaf coffee and find something to keep me busy.  Surfin the web, studying, laundry, reading magazines... whatever works...

You're ok cm and you're definately not alone in your feeling.

Hi Ya Guys:

I thought it was a good quote but I tend to focus on the problem not the solution.

I have been thinking about quitting the school, I just don't feel in a very safe environment with all those people in the class.  About 6 of them said they have a criminal record, 2 have been charged with assault.  Not a good place to be, I'll have to see how it goes.

I have been feeling really jumpy, edgy at night and wondering what's going on now?
I have been eating a lot of chocolate lately, maybe this has something to do with the feelings?  Anyone ever felt like this at times?

Hi Ya DM:

I actually have Calming Your Anxious Mind, it's a very good book.  I gave a copy of it to my former psychotherapist who said he's going to use it in his practice.  I am going to buy the other book for sure, thanks.

No worries about "Kare" .

Take care yourself and I really appreciate your uplifting words.

Here, here!  I like that quote as well, Caden!
I'll look into those CD's as well.  Thanks for that!

I was always terrible at english, too.  Only class I constantly struggled in...well that and history because I got tired of hearing the same boring American stories over, and over, and over again.  Funny it should come out now that a lot that was in those history books were false.  Oddly enough, essays have always been a breeze though...guess I'm good at bs-ing?
