Jeffy, Sleep disturbances are a very common complaint, as well as brain fog. The first two weeks are the worst and then it improves. Try to go to bed a bit earlier. Are you on any NRT's ot Chantix, as these also can cause sleep interruptions. Take it easy and pamper yourself, your body is recovering! Read all the posts you can find here, new and old, there is a lot of knowledge here to help you through this! You can do it! :) Welcome and congrats on quitting!
