Hi Jeffy- I know exactly how you are feeling - been there. There are many natural remedies and some herbs that may help you. Make sure to read up on any natural remedies you consider. That is what helped me, and naps. Naps, lots of naps. I work from home, so naps worked out well. If naps are not an option, go to your health food store and ask - there is always an answer. It gets better, meantime -hope this helps. Jeffy! Sure sucks at first don't it? Milk helps me sleep, tylenol PM, works pretty good too. I was pretty much worthless the first two weeks and the third was only a little better but once you are through that part things really start to feel better. Every day I look at that quit meter and pat myself on the back. You can do this! Hang in jeffy. I had a really hard time sleeping at first also. It seemed like I was up all night. Every hour on the hour. It was so frustrating. Then, all of the sudden, I was sleeping again. Hang in. It gets better everyday. Jeffy, Did you try any of the tips I posted up for you? It may take a few days for your body to adjust and follow the routine so keep practicing it! Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist

Wow! What a relief. I have experienced the same thing. Also, did anyone get flu-like symptoms. I've been so tired, a little coughy, congested, and just achy all over. Jeff, hang in there, I'm with you on this one! Thanks Sullydog!
