Happy Tuesday!! Look at all the NASCAR savvy girls!!! Sue, I have the who's your daddy picture as my desktop!! I live in Indy, so I go to the Brickyard every year. I have to say though, wow, Bristol is amazing. You can see everything. The bad thing about Bristol is you are deaf when you come out. I had earplugs in and my ears were still ringing. It kinda stinks to not be able to socialize because you can't hear, but it is worth it. Lady - good job buying bagels. The purchase was at least a step in the right direction. And WOOOOHOOOO on the one pound. That is a great loss. The small losses stay. The big, quick drops do not!! Cindy - We are campers too. We have an RV at the lake, and you are right. It is hard to not eat on the camping trips!! Of course it is even harder to not smoke around the campfire, so I say - eat! :p Traci - You are absolutely right about the drivers. I don't watch every race. The only problem is, you get hooked looking at the cutie drivers and suddenly you start knowing what is going on and you are hooked! Okay, back on topic. Here is my list for yesterday: Breakfast - beef slices and cheese Lunch - grilled chicken salad, ranch on the side Dinner - Steak, mushrooms no snacks yesterday! Exercise - I SUCK! I did not walk again. I went shopping for a couple of hours, did housework and crashed. Sounds like everyone is just doing great!! Cindy... Looks like you are doing great! (waving at Sue) Traci..When it comes to food or smoking, go with the Food! I wasn't good but not too bad either yesterday. Here is my damage report b. coffee l. Beef burrito, nachos, pepsi (I know, I know) d. Homemade pepperoni pizza on wheat pita bread, diet pepsi (better?) Exercise.. 5 miles on the bike and that free weight stuff. I don't know what you call it but I did 30 reps (right?) on the push out thing, 30 on the row boat thing, and 30 on the bar you pull down. I'm really gym savy aren't I? LOL Keep up the great work everyone! OH!! I bought begals for breakfast. Haven't had any but I bought them. Bye.... Traci, I know what you mean about being on the road. Next weekend we are going camping. That seems like it will be hard too. My hubby likes to cook the works for breakfast when we camp, and he wants me to eat it too. Yesterday: Breakfast: Kashi cereal with 1% milk lunch: Chicken ceaser salad from McDonalds with light dressing, not even half the pack. Dinner: 1/2 boneless skinless chicken breast, spinach, broccoli Snacks: Weight watcher fudge cycle, 100 calorie pack of oreo's, popcorn, grapes. Thanks Lady for the acceptance. Don't worry - I go nowhere without the humor! congrats on the 1 pound. Hey - it is all 1 at a time. 1 pound, 1 minute, 1 day -- good for you! I lost 50 and most of it was 1 pound at a time. I missed a day here somehow - packing and getting ready to leave so since it is the wee hour of the a.m., I will post yesterday which was SOOOO bad. Never diet on your first road trip without smoking - I was searching the glove compartment for food! But honesty is the key: Breakfast: Kashi, blueberries (yep, I'm addicted to these foods!) Lunch: The best dang BBQ in Arkansas - and I am NOT lying. Plus a few bites of hot tamale Dinner: The greasiest hamburger in Oklahoma, fries and a REAL coke. Snacks - everything from rice cakes to chicken nuggets. Basically - it was a bust, but tomorrow is another day! Janna - we were supposed to go to Bristol but had to pack to leave. Lucky you - I love that track. I have gone to Daytona 4 or 5 times. Not a big Nascar fan - just like the cute drivers! Good luck today everyone :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/18/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 10 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 200 Amount Saved: $45.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 22 Mins: 56 Seconds: 45

Couldn't have asked for a better time. Once I get them uploaded, I will put one of my crazy NASCAR decked out pictures on here. Janna - Tony is my driver too!! I love your photo - where he says whose your Daddy that you posted. I saw that and said - Tony be my Daddy!!! Me and John are huge Nascar fans. How awesome you were there! Sue here kitty kitty ;0 My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/3/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 116 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,160 Amount Saved: $203.00 Life Gained: Days: 11 Hrs: 2 Mins: 11 Seconds: 41

I forgot the most important factor of the weekend. Friday, I went to the Dr. I lost one pound! I know 1 lb. Whippeeee but seriously, that was in one week of exercising. If I can lose 1lb a week for 52 weeks.. well... you do the math :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/1/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 787 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 15,740 Amount Saved: $2,754.50 Life Gained: Days: 71 Hrs: 2 Mins: 4 Seconds: 46

ImaQuitter...LMBO at the breakfast lecture and then skipping it yourself! All are welcome here. Bring your sense of humor though. CJ... if we switch problems for a couple of weeks we should both be better off :) Janna... Glad you enjoyed the races. I'm just now learning about NASCAR (no I don't live on the moon). The guy I'm dating is really into it. He said the Bristo race is his favorite one. I was really good over the weekend. I didn't really track what I ate but I did keep my portions small. Friday.. b. pancakes and sausage (my bf made them as a suprise :) ) l. Chips and Salsa with my daughter d. pork chop, mashed potatoes, corn exercise.. walking around the mall with my daughter. It was great to see her. I really miss her a lot!!! Saturday.. b. Quiche d. Chineese (yuk) exercise.. Went to Charleston, SC on a whim and walked about 1.5 miles of the beach in the water. This is MY kind of exercise :) Sunday.. l. steak, roasted potatoes, green beans d. McDonalds Cheeseburger meal (on the road home) Exercise.. Well.. Can't share that here. :eg: Have a great one everyone!!! Good morning all! I had a great time at Bristol! My fav driver, Tony Stewart, came in 4th and my husband's, Dale Jr., came in 5th. We had great weather. Couldn't have asked for a better time. Once I get them uploaded, I will put one of my crazy NASCAR decked out pictures on here. In any event, my weekend was not right on, but I made pretty good choices. My big screw up was I had a 16 oz beer at the race. Had to do it though. It was a NASCAR race!!! As far as exercise, I got more exercise this weekend that I usually do in a month! ;p CJ - hope your tests are okay. Please keep us updated. Sounds like everyone is doing great!!!
