Been up all night so this is for yesterday, lol. My diet consisted of water, jelly beans, circus peanut candy and a dipped cone at dairy queen. My diet did not consist of 1 puff of a newport! That's all I care about today. Exercise, 20 min's tap dancing. Not one puff! Just breathe.....ahhhhhhh My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/16/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 7 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 140 Amount Saved: $33.60 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 17 Mins: 10 Seconds: 57

Yesterday : 1 bowl of microwaved cereal. 1 x sandwich cheese (2 halves) 1 x sandwich chicken (2 halves) 1 x roll ham 1 x angel slices (2 fingers) 1 x plate of sausages, beans and potato mash 1 x multivitamin tablet 8 x small cups of tea 2 x orange and lemonade Excercise : 45 mins fast walk. I've probably lost a bit of weight as I have not been eating my normal amount. I never eat any fruit hence the vitamin tablets. Probably not as good as the real thing, but as my parents have tried for 32 years to get me to eat fruit, I doubt that is going to change. Good morning all! Yesterday: Breakfast: 1/3 apple Lunch: piece of salmon and green beans Dinner: grilled chicken breast, brussell sprounts and cantaloupe Now for the bad bit - failed my first night after the promise to walk for 45 minutes. Everything was crazy last night, but I should have made the time even if it was after the kids went to bed! I am walking around with an imaginary L on my forehead this morning!! Today... b. coffee l. grilled chicken, apple d. beans and hotdogs (ok not on the diet list but the boys love them) Exercise... 3.5 miles on the bike at an easy pace and housework. Hope to keep at it. I go to the Dr. on Friday, it would be nice to have lost some weight even if it's only a pound or two. Good night all. I've also decided that I need more sleep. A health screening can be a real eye opener. I couldn't help myself! Exercise... 1 mile on tread mill and 2.5 on bike. Plan on the same for today. I've decided to go to the gym before I pick up the kids. Right after work! Yesterday, Breakfast: NONE Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich, tomato slices Dinner: leftover chicken, broccoli, carrots Snacks/other: sugar cookies (8) my daughter baked them... I couldn't say no... shhhh you try saying no to her! LOL Swedish berries (haven't thrown them out yet *SIGH*) 3 bottles water 2 glasses milk 1 glass koolaid 3 cups tea Excercise: None... although I had to run less than 1/2 a block to catch a bus and was surprised to find that I could do it and still breathe! Other than housework, and yard work, and walking, I will not be doing much exercise until I see my Doc. I've had some major health problems for the past 20 years, that although they are now under control, the body is still adjusting, so the Doc needs to be in on any changes to exercise routines. My plan is to start walking every morning (once the kids are back in school), and then when the Doc okay's more, I will add more to my daily schedule. MY GOAL: Lose 15 to 20 lbs Congrats to all you ladies for the progress you've made so far!
