Artist, It will get better, I promise you.
Tomorrow and every day is a new day to a new you! You can do it.
I have had those same problems with other quits and I know lots of members here have posted about the blues. Read, read, read, there is always someone here who has been thru the same things.
Try the deep breathing excercises, ice water. I do the straw thing, because that works for me.
Focus your thoughts on how much better you can breathe, how much better your energy is becoming. Go for a long walk, pamper yourself, watch a good movie...you see the theme here.
The other day I saw a documentary about people living on the street and my thoughts were, geez and my biggest worry is about quitting smoking...How lucky am I?
Hope this helps...
