First, I want to say that I'm really impressed with you - you are obviously a tough person. Your hard work is paying off - just look at your Quit Meter.
I know what you mean about so many things being triggers. What I've found is that once I do something, without smoking, a few times - it's not so much a trigger anymore. It's like re-learning how to do everthing...how to drive, walk, eat, etc without a smoke. It helps to know that it does get easier & more do-able!
So, keep up the good fight!
P.S. that's really scary that they used nicotine as a pesticide!
