I got home and didn't feel like doing much. So after dragging my feet I took the dog for a walk to the bank. After that I felt a little better...I did the abs tape, walked on the treadmill 30 minutes, then ran for 14 minutes=1 mile and walked the remaining 16 minutes. Tomorrow is my allergy test with the doctor. I hope it goes well.
