01-03 1406 CALORIES 13% FAT 43% PROTEIN 43% CARB 1% ALCOHOL Still 192. I started the day off OK, but it seemed everyone around me had sour attitudes. I've been fighting to not let it rub off on me. Unfortunately some of it did and I have a case of the blahs. I walked to the gym and found a little peace. Once I got to the gym it was packed-all of the ellipitical machines were full so I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes I didn't dare run the way I was feeling. I took the bus home because it was already dark. Tomorrow I step down to the 7mg patch. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/12/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 52 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,588 Amount Saved: $338 Life Gained: Days: 4 Hrs: 1 Mins: 59 Seconds: 50

01-04 1432 CALORIES-over the 1425 I set for my daily limit, ok for weekly average. 15% FAT 44% PROTEIN 41% CARB I got home and didn't feel like doing much. So after dragging my feet I took the dog for a walk to the bank. After that I felt a little better...I did the abs tape, walked on the treadmill 30 minutes, then ran for 14 minutes=1 mile and walked the remaining 16 minutes. Tomorrow is my allergy test with the doctor. I hope it goes well. 01-02 1311 CALORIES 10% FAT 41% PROTEIN 46% CARB 3% ALCOHOL 192 WEIGHT It was raining so I didn't walk to the gym or take the bus. I really missed going to the gym-could it be becoming a habit? I walked 2.50 miles on the treadmill instead-not nearly as fun as walking outside. I ran for 30 minutes on the treadmill(2.2 miles)and then did my abs tape. Andy & Windy looks like you are doing great. Thanks for the support. I have such a long way to go positive reinforcement really helps. Posting is definitely keeping me accountable. Have a great day! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/12/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 52 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,568 Amount Saved: $338 Life Gained: Days: 4 Hrs: 0 Mins: 42 Seconds: 48

01-06 1166 CALORIES 14% FAT 46% PROTEIN 32% CARB 8% ALCOHOL WEIGHT 194 down two pounds I did my abs tape twice, 30 minutes on the treadmill twice and took the dog on an extra long walk. I got a call this morning that my dad was admitted to the hospital for chest pain. He is Ok now, but they are keeping him over night to be sure. He should be back home tomorrow I will get to talk to him then. In these situations it really stinks being on the other side of the country... 01-05 1550 CALORIES 15% FAT 43% PROTEIN 42% CARB weight 196 I did my abs tape and walked to & from the grocery store-0.5 each way. I had my doctor's appt. What a disappointment...He basically took my blood pressure which was 118 over 64 (pretty good). Then he told me he wasn't going to test me and that it was stress that was still causing my hives. I think I'm going to get a second opinion. I have no confidence in this doctor. I was so frustrated when I left- he could've told me what he did over the phone. :( My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/12/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 54 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,646 Amount Saved: $351 Life Gained: Days: 4 Hrs: 5 Mins: 36 Seconds: 39

Forgot to mention. After I felt sorry for myself I invested in a pair of new running shoes and shorts. I feel better now.

01-08 2199 CALORIES 16% FAT 33% PROTEIN 51% CARB I took yesterday off weighed in at 193. I did no exercise and ate what I wanted (it was still pretty healthy). This morning I weighed in at 200. I really needed my little break now it's time to get back to it. Other news my sister is going to have a baby. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/12/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 58 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,751 Amount Saved: $377 Life Gained: Days: 4 Hrs: 12 Mins: 4 Seconds: 44
