Had fights with eldest teenage son well well--its life ?/
I guess i have to learn to deal with it without my little cigarette friend! But its hard to learn how to deal with stress, emotions, anxiety etc etc..

Hi Ann,
33 days is a great accomplishment! Some days, you just have to get back to basics. Use the same strategies that got you through your first week.
Spoil yourself a little today to lift your mood. Food, shopping, whatever makes you happy. If you feeling a little anxious or tense, get moving.
Just remember tommorrow is a new day, this will pass!

Exercise is a great mechanism to sooth the mind and soul. I love running personally. A good walk is always nice too. We have to do whatever it takes to bring the day to a victorious end.
Books have been immensely distracting and comforting to me also - good, inspirational ones, in particular.
You are doing great, regardless of how it feels. You've accomplished a lot and you need to treat yourself with kindness. I hit a big slump right around where you are in your quit - I've had many, but they do ease. Believe in yourself. Love yourself. REWARD yourself.
