33 days is a great accomplishment! Some days, you just have to get back to basics. Use the same strategies that got you through your first week.
Spoil yourself a little today to lift your mood. Food, shopping, whatever makes you happy. If you feeling a little anxious or tense, get moving.
Just remember tommorrow is a new day, this will pass!
