As I get further into my quit I am figuring out something that works for me. Ride the waves of emotion. If I feel good, I celebrate. If I feel down or sad or angry, I figure I have to really feel these emotions in order to heal. So I do what I can to take as much comfort as I can while going through this. I can't force these feelings to go away, they just will, in time. I can't force happiness, it will come, more prevalent all the time. So for the meantime, I intend to let nature take its course. Just my two cents worth. Yep, ride em', don't fight em'. Acknowledge them, work through them, not against them. Love yourself. Kudos to you Jan.
