I have two special friends who are resuming their quits. Although I know they know these things, I am bumping this as a reminder to them and to any others who are just starting out. Wow I'm ending my third day. And this is so right on target. I'm so glad that I found this group. Just reading the posts has been helpful. I love the idea on N.O.P.E. Last night I was telling myself just one isn't going to hurt. Then I got on the web site instead and realized that I didn't want to go through the first three days again. I would hate to have to start counting over. I woke up this morning with smoking a cigarette on my mind. I had to remember I quit. I'm having a hard time these days but I won't buy a pack of cigarettes or I won't ask anyone for a cigarette. I breathe deeply, eat, drink, but I hope that I won't buy a pack of cigarettes. Thanks for the support on this site and on this thread.
