Karen/Interesting, Looks like we're all at about the same place in our quits. I have been going to the gym almost every day and it seems to help in the evenings. My problems start when my feet hit the floor in the mornings. My horrible mood seems to last for about 2 hours before changing over to depression. I feel really tired and wonder how much longer I can keep this up. I DO NOT WANT a cigarette...I just want to feel normal again.
