Valic,
Alot of people have a tough time around the 100 day mark. I don't know why, but it is very common.
It will pass. You have come out the winner. Your committment is inspiring.
Aunt Deb, just so you are ready...craves can most definitely happen at 50 days, 100 days, 125 days, 175 days or 200 days! But, what I understand, as time moves on, the "craves" are not really craves, but just thoughts of smoking that are easily dismissed. Soon, they pretty much disappear. Being quit for 100 days is a wonderful accomplishment, but, most say that it takes a full 365 days to really begin to feel the total freedom from nicotine addiction. Everyone's quit is different.
