You can DO THIS. You can get past it. 100 days is a huge accomplishment and you are almost there! Valic, I am just a newby and therefore don't have the standing to make suggestions but two thoughts came to my mind. Firstly, remember to reward yourself daily, weekly and monthly. 83 days is phenomenal, Congratulations.Secondly, how about a hypnotherapy CD? Anyway congratulations again. I agree with Josie on this one. After 100 days...you shouldn't really have craves, but a bad situation, or some confrontation might do it. If this happens again, stop and think...what is going on in that head of mine now? auntdeb My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 23 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,185 Amount Saved: $109.25 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 6 Mins: 22 Seconds: 24

If you got a job on a soap opera, you could scream and cry all day at the "office". We're holding strong for you. Thanks for posting the reality that there continues to be really tough times. Sometimes people want to be strong for the newbies and in the end, I think it's not fair. True, everyone's quit is different and some of our Hall of Famers never looked back. But for others it is a struggle, myself included. It will happen,it will click, but it may take several clicks and the click times are different for everyone. Hang in there, I'm sending you thoughts of strength. Can you feel it now? Hey valic - How are you doing? I remember afew rough days somewhere around 90. Remember those survival skills from the first couple weeks...every once in awhile we have to pull them out again! Congrats on 83 days! Valic, hang tough. I remember some really bad days as I neared 90 and 100. I'm not sure why. I will tell you this however and that is that it most definitely gets better!!! I remember at 120 days thinking wow, this is just so easy now. Now mind you i'm not becoming complacent, I'm still here everyday because it helps to see my quit meter and be proud and read here. I just don't think about it much though when I'm not here. Thanks everyone, the crave is in the back of my mind still lurking but I am doing some filing and things that have been piling up. Someone suggested it on this site as things you can do in the office when your craving. I have had a good quit this time around only a few really bad days but those coffee straws come in handy! Thank you everyone if things get too bad again I will post! I can do this, I am doing this! ~Valic My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/1/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 83 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 417 Amount Saved: $439.9 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 22 Mins: 33 Seconds: 57
