please help me!!

Misswrld04, Sorry to hear about that! Your not feeling well was probably a combination of all of these factors. Some members have shared that it takes them a few hours to recover from the effects of a panic attack. If your symptoms persist or worsen call your MD. Keep working through the program. You've had a bad day but you've had good days too. Today is a day to take good care of yourself and start fresh tommorrow. Stay strong. Danielle _________________________ The PC Support Team

Members, Keep working through the program and learning about your cycle. Keep challenging those thoughts and stopping them dead in their tracks. Keep learning how to bring your anxiety levels back down. It takes time and practice but you'll get there. Just take it one baby step at a time.
