I totally agree. This is by far the most difficult thing I've ever done. It's also the most rewarding on many different levels.

You can do this shutterbug! I know of a few people in my nursing class that have quit using chantix. I'm using the patch myself, but did consider using chantix.
Come here often and let us know how you are doing!

So I woke up this morning with the worst crave so far. To deal with the crave I did a few things on the computer, had some breakfast....then decided to go workout!
Just got back and I feel amazing. It feels so good to be able to exercise without wondering what the point is because I was still smoking.
I need to lose weight and gaining weight was one of the reasons I avoided quitting for so long. I'm into my 6th day of the quit and so far I haven't gained any weight. In fact, I've been more active and conscious of what I'm eating than I was before I quit.
This quit feels AMAZING!!!

HELL WEEK!
I hope I never have to go through that week again!
The cravings have been kind of rough the past few days. I was close, very close to smoking one at work last night....but I didn't.
So...here I am with hell week under my belt.
