So many new names but always the same support and encouragement :).
I had a vision that i would never touch a sickarette again those first few months were not easy. There were times where i could have easily just picked up a sickarette..... but i didnt. I went into my quit with the determination to quit, i wanted that quit more than i wanted to smoke. I had such wonderful people to help me through the bad times, i learnt how to lean into the crave, i learnt how to take one moment at a time, then 5 minutes at a time, then one day at a time - that was a year ago.
Thank you all so very much for your support.
A very special thanks to Stickin, Healer, CobenFan & Mr Ed (coz you're the talkin' horse :) )
Thank you all so much - I hope you all have a wonderful day
PrincessC :) xx
