Into day 5 - chest feels heavy....

Sam: I experienced this too. I actually am still having it once in a while. Really weird heavy feeling/ tight feeling. I have read that it is anxiety, but I have also read that it is your body healing itself. I am not sure which, but I just wanted to ease your mind that you are not alone. Others experience this too. If it doesn't ease up in a few days or worsens, I would probably talk to or see your doc. Great job on sticking with it!!!!!
