This has been the longest two weeks of my life.... ;p, but the most rewarding. My baby girl and my nephew are both so excited about me quitting and they are keeping track of the days too. If you could just see the looks they give me... pride, happy, love... I look at them and realize this is it, I will never smoke again. No matter what happens, I will never smoke again. I have quit a couple of times before and never felt this way. It was never this hard and it was never this rewarding. I think it is because I never really thought I would stay quit before. Now I know I will. This board has helped me more than I could ever say. I don't post a whole lot, but I read, read, read, read. There is a wealth of knowledge here!!!

ex - everbody said day 3 is bad, day 3 is bad. Not for me. Days 4 and 5 were horrible. Then it started easing up a bit. YOU ROCK - YOU CAN DO THIS! I read on the board to chant... that was my chant... I ROCK... I CAN DO THIS... I ROCK.... I CAN DO THIS (and a few curse words about nicotine that I can't mention here) but I almost screamed this inside my head all the time the first week.
By the way, you do rock and you can do this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
