Suddenly,my e-mail address isn't recognized! I had to go thru the whole sign-up process again. I just bs'd thru all the questions because I've already done them of course but does anybody know why that would happen? Anything to do with the changes to the site? Anyway, how is everyone doing? So far, getting thru the long weekend with some coffee straws & a lot of water.

I think we May quitters should have a cool little club like that too, but what catchy name can we possibly make out of MAY??? It's not like we had something easy like APRIL. Got a few dys to come up with something, ideas???? ;)

BFS, maybe you are tired of you usual excercise routine & need to try something different? Or, you have been maintaining your fantastic quit for so long, maybe it's time you just relaxed a bit about the weight & just do what you feel like doing without thinking of it as exercise. Just a couple of thoughts.

Hi, What. Your story could be mine except the cold turkey part. I also started again after long quits ( & I'm sure many others here did, too) in a sressful situation thinking "it's just one". HA! It's never just one. This site & the many long-time quitters here have lots of excellent info & ideas for preparing yourself for those situations. Please take the time to do the program, I am so glad I did. I feel more postive & confident that this is my last quit than I ever did before. Welcome & good luck

OK so everybody has more imagination than me. Great suggestions, any May quitters want to weigh in? I also thought of May-ers of Quitville. Let's hear from the May quitters now & get this show on the road. Yes, Bear I was bad & stayed up past my bedtime.
