Early morning musings (4:30 am) I refuse to take some drugs because of their side effects hell I won,t even take an aspirin unless I really have too.Yet i,ll indulge in 2 chemicals that are addictive,hurt me physically and financial and I need motivation to quit ???? LOL A lot of insite and truths in this group!!It,s kind of interesting the kind of behaviour we accept as normal ( smoking & drinking). I grew up with it as i,m sure some of you did. Unfortunatly the companys that produce this stuff forgot to tell us it was addictive.I have decided to tackle both these problems at the same time.
