Hi Sharon,
I find that any kind of massage will help your anxiety. I went through a period of time when I was bothered by these anxiety attacks. The best thing to do is always remember that NOTHING harmful will come out of them. Nothing will happen to you. Take a minute to relax every muscle in your body, carry some herbal remedies such as Kalms or Quiet Life. These will calm you down immediately.
My anxiety has completely disappeared now. Not smoking has really helped my situation in this. Keep quit, Sharon and you will beat these attacks along with your addiction.
