Good luck to you Sotaman. I too will not pat myself on the back until I reach the 1 year mark. I am very proud of myself of getting this far, but will not feel at ease until that 1 year mark. I will also never let my guard down. Resist the urges and remember you are choosing this and have the power inside to overcome.
Stay strong - stay quit.

I just hit my 3 month too and this past weekend was a tough one. I really craved bad and it was kind of an all day thing, you know the feeling where it's like you lost something and are trying to find it, only to say, it's a damn cigarette I want. This really is a roller coaster ride, up & down, up & down. What seems to help me is knowing this feeling will not last forever. There will come a day when we don't crave anymore. Every day we stay quit is 1 day closer to that feeling. I refuse to give in after 90 days. We all hate the feeling of losing something, but as everyone says, why are we sad over losing something we hated and wanted to quit so badly??? Keep your chin up and be proud of how far you have come. Remember how long you smoked for, it can't be erased in 90 days no matter how bad you want it to.
Stay strong - stay quit

Hey Bogbott. Glad you held strong and what's wrong with pink hair?? Do not give in. Make N.O.P.E. signs and put them everywhere. In the bathroom, in your car, next to your bed, everywhere. When you see one of them, shout the word nope with conviction. Everytime you think about quitting, shout NOPE !!
Best of luck to you, it will be hard, but I know you have the strength to overcome.
Stay strong - stay quit.

Hi fellow May Quitters. I am doing good. I too have a few momemts when I crave, but it really is getting easier and faster to dismiss them. Sushik I too will not let my guard down. I do long for the days when I no longer associate smoking with me and that it is only a distant, distant memory.
Stay strong - stay quit.
P.S. I won't be around next week, so I hope everyone has a peaceful, easy weekend and week.
