You tell him Shevie !!!
I say we take him out back and hogtie that liar up until he shows some real regret for his lieing !!
Neek.. lieing about smoking .. you might get people to believe you are getting somewhere when in reality you are still hurting yourself and adding others in to be hurt. It hurts to be lied to. Trust is real important..
Keep trying dude.. you get a clean slate if you promise never to lie to your girl again..
Kick the NIC demon.. right in the head.. he's a liar too !!!
Hang in there !

Hey Eady !
Welcome to the rodeo !! Hope you brought your gear !
It can be a hard ride but, you get a great reward in the end !!
Plus you get all of our company (a $9.99 value) just for showing up.
I think a good spained ankle and a flat tire might do the trick.. (I'm available for both... :eg:)
I don't know how long you smoked but, I realized that I was breaking habits that had been with me since I was a teenager (my whole life).
My lungs were used to being blackened 20-25 times a day !
My mouth splashed with dirty nasty nicotine !
My teeth in constant battle to stay stainfree !
But now :
My mouth doesn't know what to make of the clean feeling !
My teeth (although always lovely)have become blinding to oncoming traffic !
Shoot.. even my kids went through withdrawl and are nic free !!!
It takes time but you can do this .. and you deserve to be free of this addiction !!!
Pamper yourself and pick up some hard candy to help fight the urges..
Hang Tuff !

Welcome Matt !
There is a new club forming for people who quit smoking in February 06. It is being run by FairyDust.. We are looking for a name and for new members.. you are welcome and invited.
Pick up some hard candy.. it will help with the cravings..
Get rid of all cigarettes and ashtrays and give yourself 0 access.
Drink lots of water or tea or cranberry juice. These will help flush the nicotine out of your system faster.
In 3 days you will pass the physical addiction and it really is easier after that.
Look at quitting for what it really is.. rehab.
Pamper yourself and make the next few days about you. Rest when you need to, vent when you need to. Eat a bit more if you need to. Let others know that this is your time.. it helps them to be supportive.
YOU HAVE MADE THE RIGHT DECISION !!! YOU CAN DO THIS !!!!
HANG TUFF !!

Thanks for being around while I QUIT SMOKING. I'll miss the animated butterfly too !
Great luck in your future and ride off into the sunset as the quitting hero that you are !!!
