Working it out to do my life different.

Hi RDM. It's great to read your post. You sound so happy and enthuised. You also sound like you are learning so much about yourself, your strengths and weaknesses. I too have thought of my quit like a roller coaster ride. I have a fear of coasters so I have a hard time sometimes remembering all the fun there is to have in this quit journey. lol. I guess I need to be more like you and let the screams out instead of keeping them inside. Rereading this, I realize it sounds more cryptic than I wanted, but I hope you get what I mean. Just want to say congrats on your 26 days and keep going through life in the front seat with your hands in the air! Quit Smoking - Heres Why!

I'm so sorry for your friend, his family and you. This is one of those situations in life that just can't be understood. This journey we are all on as we live our lives can be so unexplainable and unfair at times. You are both in my thoughts. The importance of rewards !!!

Hi CJ. I'm happy to hear you had a wonderful trip even with the speedos..shudder, shudder....! You are so right about how important rewards are for us. I have taken that to heart and will soon need to find a web site to help me with my rewards addiction. lol. Glad to have you back. Cabbage Soup Diet Questions

Hey Phillip, no snow here anymore, just lots of mud. But it is beautiful here today, 15C. Birds are singing, buds are pushing their heads up and the air is sooo sweet. Life is a beautiful thing! And you're right, I can't give up my (Wo)Mentos, they are my lifeline. Have a great 40th anni.
