Hi tabjoan Welcome, you're not in trouble, but your quit is. Are you off the patch? How long were you on? You may need to rethink your quit plan. Please don't smoke anymore or you will lose this quit completely. There is a saying around here, N.O.P.E. Not one puff ever. It is a VERY slippery slope your on with your quit. 1 smoke turned to 5 and next thing you know you're back to square one. You don't want that do you? Keep strong and post whenever you feel weak.
