3 Cigarettes Left

Hi Stacey Welcome. You really need to have a plan in place. Are you quitting after these three cigs? If so you need to be prepared. Use the tools on this site to get great advice on how to cope. My plan was to buy lots of healthy and not so healthy snack foods. I also kept busy, busy, busy. When you don't smoke you suddenly have loads more time on your hand. The first 2 weeks I cleaned everything in sight, even my poor pets weren't safe. lol. During this time I also painted several rooms in my house. Exercise is also a great option. Walking, biking or whatever floats your boat. It's not easy at times but this decision you have made is the best thing you can do for yourself. You will feel so proud. Let us know how you're doing. Bad breath and Dry skin?

Hi Neek. I think you are smart to get rid of the gum if it was being an accomplice in your closet smoking days. Can I suggest some mints instead? I like Mentos cause they're soft and you can chew them quickly if you need to talk. Also Tic Tacs may be good too for the same reason. I'm sure your girlfriend loves ya no matter how your breath is. Hopefully this will get better for you soon. Look at you! 1 month on Sunday, that's great Neek. Keep Strong. Help!!!

You Did it Kaiser!!! You had a difficult situation thrown at you and you worked through it without Ol' Stinky Stick!! I'm so happy for you. Sad on the savings loss though, but with the money you are saving not smoking, it will get up there again soon. Give yourself a great reward this weekend, you deserve it!!
