Love the quit but really miss it

Dear Shadow, You will not have a cigarette in 20 years. By then, it won't even be a thought, just a fleeting shadow (no pun intended). The habit of years dies hard, but dies. Hang in there and continue to be proud of your great accomplishment. Not cravin', never cavin'. Sinking Fast

Lady, Glad to hear it was a thought and not an action. You are allowed to think about smoking all you want. You just cant smoke. You can think about how: It makes you stink Kills you slowly Wastes your hard earned money Rules where you go and how long you can stay Saps your energy Makes you cough Hurts you children Or, you can keep your quit (which, of course, I know you will) and be more healthy, wealthy, and wise. Your choice. Make it the right choice. Hugs to you, Hummy My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/5/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 251 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 10,062 Amount Saved: $1631.5 Life Gained: Days: 32 Hrs: 14 Mins: 59 Seconds: 58

Hi, I quit smoking on 30 Dec...Quit going great...its the OTHER things......

Hi Texan, I can definitely relate to your symptoms. I started sleeping again after about 20 days. Just took my body a while to figure out what was going on. Try some chamomile tea. It might help. Hang in there, things will get easier. Not cravin', never cavin'.
