Sorry to hear you had a terrible night of sleep. Hopefully you managed to make up for the lack of sleep by taking a nap or something. I find that making sure I'm relaxed before going to bed is key. If anything bothered me at all throughout the day I will write it down and write about it. Getting everything off my chest allows me to sleep soundly.
I can relate. Anytime I want a feeling of change or renewal I clean my house and re-organize my bedroom, or living room. Move things around, it's such a great feeling.
4 days without an attack? That is awesome! Sorry to hear that you have a head cold, i had the flu last week and it was terrible! It is so good to hear that you've been attack-free the past few days, you must feel great!
How does it feel to go through a whole day without an attack? I'd love to know.
I have tried this exposure therapy for driving and if you take things slow and work your way up it really helps. I just increased the distances a bit each time and sooner than later I was driving without having panic attacks. There is the odd time where I get feelings of panic behind the wheel, but taking this approach to driving really worked for me.
Besides, I have to get from point A to point B, I have to get to work, and do errands....
I agree with Leanna, we care how you are doing! Check in often if you can! Go through the program too, it really helps to do the homework, it helped me with work and everything.
