Wow sunny, what wonderful news! That is just wonderful that you finally have your appointments booked..now you can prepare yourself for these operations. Do stay positive, those deep breathing exercises and relaxation techniques will go a really long way. I used deep breathing yesterday when I had to have a needle...the nurse said look the other way and I used deep breathing to help me get through this. The power of breath is amazing.

Oh I forgot to mention, have you tried box breathing? That is super helpful too, it helps you really become aware of your breathing... you can read about how to do box breathing in I think it's session 10-Relaxation of the program. In there, read all the sections but specifically the box breathing. It is really helpful because it explains exactly how to do it...Let me know how it goes!

Hello Davit,

Thank you for sharing with me about your candle sticks and perfectionism. It is wonderful that you let the wood dictate what you can get out of it. I find that ugly things often have character (and usually a story to go with them too)!

Anerol, It sounds like you are doing well today! Those mornings can really soothe the soul, there is nothing more peaceful than morning (especially if you are near water, the calmness of a lake in the morning is one of my favourite things in the world)!
I'm glad you painted too...:)

Your top 3 - Summer Hobbies

Oh thank you so much for sharing all of this everyone! I love to hear what's keeping you all busy this summer! It seems like outdoorsy stuff is an all around favourite activity... whether it's gardening, camping..etc.. I think our body is telling us that it wants to be closer with nature and spend time frolicking in the beauty of it.  It's important to listen to our bodies!

Wow, really poetically written Davit! Props!

I think we all should live near water, I think it's great for the soul.... I think I will make the point of trying to live near water... My body wants to, and it's important to listen to what your body wants.

Gotta follow the heart.
