Miss Marple has 3 months smoke free!

Ooopps!  Waited to long for the booking, but hubby and I are going to shell out a few more of the saved $ (yeah, right) and have locked in on another that stops at Antigua, St. Kitts and St. Lucia.  That's better than okay.....that's great!
We lived in Puerto Rico for three years and frequented most of the Antilles, so I want to go to someplace we have not been.  I have a confession, it's sad.  I was a PADI scuba instructor in my younger years and so much enjoyed diving.  I now have COPD and can never dive again (I would be scared to go....)  I'm not on O2, but I am sure I cannot endure that kind of exertion.  I don't think I could even snorkle for any real length of time.  All because of smoking.  When I was first certified my instructor was 62 (I was in my 20's).  I am so ashamed of all the damage I have done to my body.   I hate tobacco.
Pity party over.....I am going to make the best of this trip and make it a wonderful time for my youngest (of five).  The older ones (now adults) have had their vacations in the sun and fun and they have been to many Caribbean ports, so time for the three of us to enjoy ourselves!
Thanks again for the well wishes.

Okay it happened again

Are you like a magnet, or what?  I remember all your previous 'finds'....I'd begin to get paranoid if I were you......
Great job in passing those by!  Someone is setting you up.  Lemme find out who it is and I'll give them the once-over I promise!!!  I'll send msreader after them when she's in the middle of a make-your-babies-cry crave and they'll never do it again, by golly!!!
You got this horse under control, Sparky (no offense, Mr Ed).  Keep the quit!

This time it must stick!

Welcome Moses and Nicole!  The smell of someone smoking is intoxicating for me as well, however, the smell of smoke clinging to a smoker or in a room just plain stinks.  Isn't it amazing, Moses, that the ignition to your car still starts without that cigarette between your lips?  Driving in the car and down time at home are the worst for me as well.  Just keep distracting yourself---you are doing so well---4 days!!!  Yippee!
