Very timely, indeed. I love your take on life to de-stress the holiday season, Rock. And the signal for help is a good idea also, Moss! Glad you posted this, Sparky! Anxious1, I also will not let others know just how hard this quitting is---they might view me as 'weak'. I do have my spouse to lean on, most of the time. But it's a whole lot easier emotionally to log on here and whine. You guys aren't going to throw it up in my face, and even if you did, I don't know you, so, hey.... There is safety here in our anonymity!
Now, to answer your question, Sparky, I haven't really thought of what I can put in place to make it through the holidays and the stress it brings. But, I am not going to smoke no matter how mad my family makes me. Homocide is a possibility, but I won't smoke!

So nice to 'see' you, Phil. I have missed you! I am the former Gonnadoit (I had a 'relapse', but am back in the swing of things!) I have fond memories of the lot of us on the beach....what a group! I'll be sure to email you. I believe I still have you in my work computer!

Just got back and it's sure nice to be home. In the classroom we had two computers for everyone to use, so I was only able to check on work-relate stuff. I missed you guys! My smoking craves paled in comparison to my computer craves! I was able to finish a book I took with me, the second of a four-part sequel. I'm anxious to get started on the next...
I can now throw hand signs with the best of them and I am actively looking for a keyboard with gang graffiti keys
However, I am not sure how we are going to establish an SSC gang, sincethe purpose of a gang is criminal activity. The worst any of us are doing is hiding behind a bush to cop a smoke or sneaking one of those devilish Krispy Kreme doughnuts...
See there-I've been keeping tabs on you all
I should be a detective!
