BAD 2 DAYS When will it stops???

Hello everyone,

Having a really bad day today and yesterday. Drinking lots of water, snaking on celery, working out, going for walks still eating tons of chocolate and bread and butter and guess what cravings are right there and really annoying.

I had a very stressfull conversation with my mother 2 days ago and since then the craving has not stop.
How can I deal with normal life stuff??? This is ridiculous!!

Need some encouragement or tricks from you guys.

Thanks

Petruchki

I slipped.....and I'm starting over...

Hello Miss Marple

What about taking a long hot bath with lavender or relaxing oil and put a mask while listening to music. More fun than doing house work.

Enjoy the bubble bath

PM Accupunture

Hello Pm

Glad you are doing good. Was traveling all last week. I am,going to an accupunture session as well this afternoon it really relaxes me. I reset my meter to my first quit day because i got discouraged and will consider it a slip.
I will not  be able to post too much for the rest of the month.
Read the story about the gas station i am so proud of you. How is your eye??

I am new here.

Thank you for your support. Did it my day 1. Went pretty well. cravings were very minimals.
I also stopped  drinking again. After 1 cocktail and 1 glass of wine i go right back for it.

I think I should have stopped drinking longer. It is my main trigger.

Glad to be back. Jim you are getting close to a year and rock close to 4 months. This is great!!

In need of prayers

Helllo Kaiser,

Glad you are back at work and thinking of you especially on the 8th. If an other radiologist had the same opinion it is a good sign.
