I choose life,
About two years ago I started a new job and was trying to quit smoking cold turkey at the same time. I failed on day 2 of my quit and smoked a cigarette that quickly became a half a pack day habit. When I smoked that cigarette on day 2 of my quit, I felt dizzy and nauseous. It's that sick feeling that now keeps me smoke free. Every time I think of smoking, I think of that dizzy, nauseous feeling and the thought of smoking goes away :) Hang in there, you can do it.
