I noticed that if I change my date of birth to one year later than I was born, than the mileage meter reads my correct age. If I put in my correct year of birth the mileage meter makes me a year older....Go figure.

Hi Frankie, you are not alone here. And like Sassy said, "If I can do it, so can you"!! I also have been a smoker forever and this site has been the best thing to happen to me. Without this site and more importantly the people on this site, I'd still be smoking and thinking that there was no hope for me. Hang in there and stay close to the site and you'll be fine.

Hi Bear and thanks for the invite. I have a friend in Australia that I can't wait to see. Congratulations on the 1-year anniversary. I really enjoy reading your posts. Ummm, do I have time to grab a coffee first?

:)Thank you so much Goofy, actually I've had a very good week. I get the first thing in the morning cravings and the right after dinner cravings but that's about it. I don't really think about them much and I only used the inhaler once yesterday. I can't wait to hit my one month mark!!
Happy Smoke free Easter to all!!!

Thanks Mr. Ed and rockstar! This will be my first smoke-free Easter in 32 years. My parents who are both 77 years old quit smoking about 10 years ago. This year I won't feel guilty about lighting up at their house. Have a great smoke free Easter!!
