New Today

Mkroot, Keep working with your doctor, you'll find the right combination for you. It can be very frustrating and you are not alone in feeling this way. Keep working through the program, start challenging those anxious thoughts! Approach driving by setting up small goals. Try visualizing yourself sitting in the parked car first and work your way up until you are finally in the car driving. This learning experience may help teach you how to get some control over your anxiety. Keep us posted, Danielle ____________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

Tingly Fingers

Jo, Start preparing for your flight now. Use visualizing techniques of arriving at the airport, boarding the plane and your flight. Work your way slowly through each scenario slowly, challenging anxious thoughts along the way. Once you've got through the first visualization, relatively anxiety free, move on to the next scenario. Keep practicing these visualizations, you could even do a dry run to the airport before your trip if you think you might benefit. Keep persevering, Danielle ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team
