Start preparing for your flight now. Use visualizing techniques of arriving at the airport, boarding the plane and your flight. Work your way slowly through each scenario slowly, challenging anxious thoughts along the way. Once you've got through the first visualization, relatively anxiety free, move on to the next scenario. Keep practicing these visualizations, you could even do a dry run to the airport before your trip if you think you might benefit.
