Keep working with your doctor, you'll find the right combination for you. It can be very frustrating and you are not alone in feeling this way.
Keep working through the program, start challenging those anxious thoughts! Approach driving by setting up small goals. Try visualizing yourself sitting in the parked car first and work your way up until you are finally in the car driving. This learning experience may help teach you how to get some control over your anxiety.
