We understand that quitting is stressful and that life stressors only add to it. As explained to you, this is a stop smoking site and it is to remain focused on this topic.
Keep persevering, I can only echo what your fellow quitters have said; there is no good time to quit.
You are learning how to cope with stress without cigarettes. This is a learning experience and will need to keep practicing this new skill.
What are you doing to cope with the stress? You use to smoke, what have you replace it with now that you've quit?
Have you ever thought of keeping a journal? Some members have found this helpful as it gave them a place where they could freely express themselves without reservation.
