How are you doing today ayla? If you just keep coming here and venting and reading you will make it! I find deep breathing and water work for those unexpected triggers. Oh and walking has helped me out alot even though it is freezing where I am. You can do it, just take it one minute at a time! Have a great smoke free weekend! ~Valic My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/1/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 3 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 15 Amount Saved: $15.90 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 6 Mins: 12 Seconds: 34

Good choice. Be good to yourself today - have a reward every time you get through a withdrawl. Take a nice long bath. Rest. Read. Remember that it won't last forever! Ayla it is so awesome to smell and taste again, well unless you live or work with a farter, then it is really bad, but still better than dying, you get my drift anyway :D YAY!!! for you!! Ayla, Read, read, read... it's way better than smoking! There's also the IM feature that you can access (from the Support Group Home Page) that is a great way to connect with other members if you are just looking for someone to chat with. Stay strong! Brenna, Bilingual Support Specialist
