Hanging out here

Don't forget to drink lots of water to flush out your system. I read that banana's are good for quitting smoking too. I don't have proof to back that up but I ate them like crazy. Figured it wouldn't hurt... Replace smoking with something else like mints, ice cubes, licorice. Hang in there, one day at a time! ( I actually took it one hour at a time) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/8/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 359 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,385 Amount Saved: $1,507.80 Life Gained: Days: 34 Hrs: 3 Mins: 9 Seconds: 50

Well, Ayla, we usuallly advise people who are having trouble to "hang in". This is a g-rated site, so I'd be careful about the "hanging out". ;p You are stronger than the junkie, you can do it. Just keep in mind that every time you beat a crave, you are that much closer to never having another one. Take my hand, hold on, & for pete's sake, tuck in!
