I'm no expert and you will see how long I've been trying,so I would encourage you to not loose a 20 day quit. I have gone backwards enough to know it will be just as bad the next time you quit. Why have to do it again? Stay in there. I'm right there with you just over 3 weeks for me. Smoking never fixed anything in your life and you know. It won't fix this problem. it will make it 100 times worse. If you want to be a full blown smoker again until it kills or cripples you, then go ahead and buy a pack. Otherwise, think of how lucky you are that you no longer smoke. Only smokers have cravings, only smokers have withdrawals. Non-smokers do not deal with these things. Get in the "I'm a non smoker" mind set. Understand this. 3 weeks is considered the longest point that any one is physically addicted to nicotine. You are there. Everything else is in your head. Unless of course you are on an NRT then you still need to battle both but be happy you are not smoking. Sorry for who posted it but you did not "survive" 3 weeks. You conquered physical addiction of a very powerful drug. You can't just "survive" because you will be surviving your whole life. You must now conquer the mental battle. You are not physically addicted to nicotine any longer. Go celebrate that. Now spend time on the mental battle. You can do it. No one here is any different than you. it's not will power. You do not want to smoke right? Why would you fight for something you don;t even want?
