Good post Rusty! If it helps i posted and posted and posted. Everytime i wanted to smoke, every time i thought i was going crazy wanting to smoke, i posted instead. That helped me more than anything. Oh and also Say not today, but tomorrow. TOmorrow is another day. I can smoke tomorrow if i want to. By the time you get to tomorrow you want to smoke. Dont be fooled by the trap that you would rather be a smoker than a crazy person (as quitting smoking makes you feel crazy) as this will pass.
