Little things matter

Hi Hugs,

Great topic for discussion!  Socializing with others definitely helps improve your mood.
Something as simple as a smile from strangers or receiving a smile in return.

I look forward to hearing more!

I wonder if others have found how little things matter in changing our moods.

I'd been feeling down since I couldn't schedule time to go to church yesterday.  It's the highlight of the year.

Today I spoke to two people at the gym, and felt better, so i think being involved with others is something I'm looking forward to.

Does anybody find those little things mean a lot
