Summer Movie Plans?

I've always used going to the movies as an "avoidance" activity, since it's one of the most constrained and social activities(next to airplane travel).  I think it's time to take advantage of my interest in that movie and help my habits to change

yes, I went to the movies with my children on Thur. morn and saw Hotel for dogs, it was an older movie, But I hadn't seen it, the kids loved it and so did I, I even cried, at the sad parts, I did pretty well, I almost didn't go because I deal with anxiety feelings all day long, sometimes i have moments I can relax, but not many.   well i am glad i went even though I was a little uncomfortable, it wasn't as bad as I thought.  By the end of the movie i had relaxed s little.   jaybe

Members, have you used the movies as an exposure activity? How has this helped worked on your exposure?

I wonder if anyone is planning to see anything special this summer in film?
My internet provider just showed an article on "Bad Teachers" with Cameron Diaz, and I would love to see that comedy, which even stars JT
