Thank you for the complement on my flowers and such. Its good to know I am not invisible. Good for you, I am glad to hear that you are starting to working out on the treadmill again. I totally agree with you starting at a slow pace is a good idea, especially now that I got myself to sore to exercise for a couple of days. I do like reading your posts and hope to hear/read about how you are progressing.
So I started out my day being shaky and yucky. I did eat a yogurt and a nutritional drink. Then my boss starting being a pain, there are two of them and they speak to us very demeaning . They tell us we don't communicate enough but I email, tell in person and we keep a tracker ( spreadsheet) of issues. I have even stated this to them and said what else should I do to communicate?? Seriously, it is like they get in trouble for something and throw the little people under the bus. it is crazy. But I mumbled my way to the car at 5 and left it there for tomorrow morning. Hopefully things will go well tomorrow.
I did have a bowl of plain noodles and mild tonight so at least I had dinner.
Now it is me and my little guy home. The 20 year old went to a party and the 17 year old slept over a friends house. I am not crazy about it. I just hope they make good choices. It gets tough when they get older.
Now I am relaxing on farmville ( I am slightly addicted to that silly game) watching house hunters and then reading for a few minutes before bed. I did get on the bike for a few minutes both this morning and when Dave got in the shower.

Red, I don't think starting a thread will create negative attention. If you have something you would like to discuss feel free to create a topic and I am sure other interested members will post. Or if you are more comfortable just keep posting in threads already created. I always enjoy reading your posts
Ashley, I am really not looking to start any threads. The last thing I need is negative attention. I was just looking for people to discuss the program with and maybe support each other and talk. Like the discuss the different chapters and things. I don't know.
Mornings are very hard for me because I am very sore all the time. I question why I keep trying every day. This is very negative and I know it is doing me no good so I am working on having a reason to ignore the pain and enjoy the day. I think I have found a reason now to get up and be happy. I will let you all know if it works.
